Being a woman in the army during World War II was a difficult thing for Peggy Carter. Even though she had earned her place as an agent with British Secret Intelligence, she still found that she had to prove herself at every turn. But, working with the SSR on the Super Soldier Program, she met Steve Rogers, a skinny kid with dreams of taking on the bullies of the Third Reich. She inspired him and she fell in love with him. But, far too soon, he was lost to her.
